PSA: Do not tell tech support that "if You don't fix this right now immediately I'll cancel and go to another company", we are not retention, its not our job to keep you in the company, all you do when saying that is make us think you're a pretentious entitled ass and we're likely to be less empathetic and thus, be less willing to bend the rules to help you out.

TL:DR: Don't threaten tech support/customer service, you're shooting yourself in the foot
